Provided is a soy bean and soy bean embryo processing device which can effectively perform a step of removing odors and drying, thereby performing a stable deactivation process. An air-tight container (12) is divided into individual sections by separators (10) and an odor-removing condition and a drying temperature condition are set for each of the sections so that processes at different temperatures can be performed in one container. Moreover, a space (13) is arranged above a screw conveyer (14) in the air-tight container (12). The air-tight container (12) is surrounded by a heater (18) so that temperature is freely adjusted. |
