Provided is a wire harness, which is excellent in the peeling strength of a joint portion having electric wire conductors jointed to each other even if the electric wires are thin. The wire harness (10) comprises a plurality of insulated electric wires (12) having conductors (14) exposed partially, and a metallic foil (20) bundling the exposed conductors (14). The insulated electric wires (12) are bundled at the exposed conductors (14) by the metallic foil (20), and the bundled conductors (14) are welded by an ultrasonic welding method so that the wire harness (10) has the joint portion on the inside of the metallic foil (20), in which element wires (16) constituting the conductors (14) are jointed to each other. The metal to form the element wires (16) or the metallic foil (20) is preferably exemplified by copper, copper alloy, aluminum or aluminum alloy, and the element wires (16) and the metallic foil (20) may be formed of a metal of a kind. The conductor section area may be 0.35 mm2 or less.
