STATE TRANSITION METHOD AND NETWORK NODE EQUIPMENT

A state transition method and a network node equipment are provided. The method and the equipment are applied to the state transition of the network nodes at the near end and at the far end. The network nodes have the automatic protection switching function in the end to end communication. Concretely, the notification for clearing the lockout of protection or the request command for clearing the lockout of protection at the far end is sent to the far end, making the far end to be converted to the no switching request. When the network failure occurs at the near end, the near end can automatically respond to the protection switching request by the near end. The method and the equipment solve the following problem. If the far end is at the state of lockout of the protection with high priority, it can not automatically respond to the automatic protection switching request, which makes the automatic protection switching at the near end and at the far end not in phase and results in the interruption of the signal transmission.
