PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which enables a user to access information related to flowing contents of a content picture by designating a specific place or portion of the contents while watching or listening to the contents.

SOLUTION: Based on a specific element of specific contents designated at a side of a user terminal 1, a content information management DB 2a extracts corresponding related information and redirects the information to the user terminal 1. On the basis of the related information, the user terminal 1 can access information corresponding to the specific element of the specific contents. The related information may also be set to the content information management DB 2a before or after viewing the contents using the user terminal 1.
