<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily fix a terminal to a circuit board while preventing a situation that transmission of stresses caused by screw binding to the soldering part which electrically connects a wiring pattern of the circuit board and the terminal when the terminal is connected to a wiring conductor with a screw. <P>SOLUTION: In one end of the terminal 11 that is fixed to the circuit board C in order to electrically connect the circuit board C and a bus bar B, a connecting part 14 that is electrically connected to the circuit board C by its soldering to the wiring pattern of the circuit board C is equipped. The terminal 11 is equipped with the fixed part 16 that is separated from the connecting part 14 on the other side and fixed to the circuit board C by soldering, and a terminal part 17 which is extended from the fixed part 16 and at which a screw hole 18 is penetratingly installed, and through which a connecting screw S is inserted in order to electrically connect the bus bar B and the circuit board C.
