PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly establish communication, e.g. VoIP connection. SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 10a on the origination side receives the information which specifies the other terminal 10b; transmits a request for establishing a bearer between a mobile communication network to the mobile communications network; and transmits the information of the other terminal to the mobile communications network, when the request for establishing a bearer is transmitted. A GPRS exchanger 30a on the origination side establishes the bearer of the mobile communication terminal 10a on the origination side, by receiving the request for establishing a bearer; and notifies the information of the other terminal to an SIP server 40a. The SIP server 40a carries out establishment of the bearer of the other terminal 10b, in parallel with the bearer of the mobile communication terminal 10a on the origination side.
