PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for applying sealant to the recess of packing in a cooling device, where space in a case is divided into inside- and outside-air-side regions by a partition. SOLUTION: In the cooling device in which piping 44 passes through a penetration 27a formed on the partition 27, the packing 60, which blocks the clearance between the penetration 27a and the piping 44, is formed in a planar shape. The packing 60 has an insertion hole 61 into which the piping 44 is inserted, the recess 63 recessed as compared with one-end-side end face 62 in the direction of the plate thickness of the packing 60; and a groove section 65 into which the edge of the penetration 27a is inserted. The sealant 67 is applied to the recess 63. The packing 60 is planar, and a part for clamping the partition 27, namely both the sides of the groove section of the packing, is adjacent to a part coated with the sealant 67, namely the recess of the packing, thus increasing stiffness near the recess 63, and hence facilitating the work for applying the sealant to the recess 63.
