PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window frame cleaning device which removes dirt on a window frame or facilitates removal of the dirt, to thereby alleviate a burden on the resident. SOLUTION: The window frame cleaning device 100 is formed of a nonwoven fabric into an inverted U shape, and has a mounting portion 110 thereof mounted on a side surface of a stile and a sliding portion 120 thereof scrub a sill according to movement of the side surface of the stile along the sill. The window frame cleaning device 100 has a notched portion 121 formed therein, for locating on both sides of a rail protruded upward from the sill. When the stile is moved according to opening/closing of a window, the sliding portion 120 hangs toward the sill, and it is bent along an upper portion of the sill to scrub an upper surface of the sill. Thus the cleaning device removes sand and dust deposited and hardened on the sill, or facilitates removal of the sand and dust. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
