PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solubilized type detergent composition, which has excellent printing ink washability, solves a social environmental problem and a labor hygiene problem, has a nonflammable property for improving safety and ease of handling, has solvent resistance for rubber, resin and the like, and can be easily washed with water, for printing ink. SOLUTION: The solubilized type detergent composition contains 40-90 wt.% nonionic surfactant represented by the following general formula (1), 1-15 wt.% vegetable oil, and water. In the formula (1): R-O-(AO)n-H, R represents an 8-20C hydrocarbon group, (AO) represents a 2-4C oxyalkylene group, and n shows an average addition molar number of alkylene oxide and ranges from 4 to 20.
