PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which comprises emedastine and/or its salt and has reinforced histamine release inhibition. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition comprises a combination of emedastine and/or its salt and a pyridine derivative represented by formula (1), its ester and/or its salt to reinforce the histamine release inhibition of emedastine and/or its salt.
