摘要 <p>This invention provides a transparent electroconductive film possessing electroconductivity, abrasion resistance and friction resistance comparable with a trnasparent electroconductive film of a metal oxide and having excellent flexibility. The transparent electroconductive film is a flexible transparent electroconductive film comprising a polymer substrate, and an organic electroconductive film and a transparent electroconductive film of a metal oxide stacked on the polymer substrate. The transparent electroconductive film is characterized by comprising the polymer substrate, the organic electroconductive film provided on the polymer substrate, and the transparent electroconductive film of the metal oxide provided on the organic electroconductive film, the transparent electroconductive film of the metal oxide being cracked. The transparent electroconductive film is further characterized in that the electric characteristics of the interface between the transparent electroconductive film of the metal oxide and the organic electroconductive film are based on a space charge controlled current mechanism in which current flows in proportion to the 1.65th to 2.23th power of added voltage.</p>
