<p>Device for manufacturing a reinforcement from a filament laid directly in its final position by throwing lengths of said filament onto a receiving surface, said device comprising a means (200) for feeding the filament (1) from a filament source (10), a rotary assembly comprising a rotary conduit (2) of axis rr', attached to a hollow shaft (20, 205) that constitutes the axis (RR') of rotation of said conduit (2) so that the outer radial end (21) of said conduit (2) is directed substantially radially with respect to the axis of rotation of the hollow shaft (RR'), said conduit receiving the filament (1) via its central end (22) opposite said outer radial end (21) from said feed means, said filament emerging via said outer radial end (21), said feed means controlling the linear feed rate of the filament inside said rotary conduit (2), means (13, 131) for rotating the hollow shaft, and means for chopping the filament (31) which act on the filament in such a way as to release one length for each revolution of said rotary conduit (2). Said feed means comprises a motorized pulley (200) borne by the hollow shaft, the circumference of which is tangential to the axis (rr') of the rotary conduit (2), and around which the filament is wound before it directly enters the inlet (22) of the rotary conduit (2) when the device is in operation.</p> |
