The pot has legs (24) provided on an outside surface of a bottom (22) of a lower secondary pot body (20), where the legs are spaced from each other to form passages. A plant grows in an amount of soil contained in a primary pot body (10), where the plant is allowed to root extending through openings (14, 23) of a bottom (13) of the primary pot body into another amount of soil contained in the lower pot body. The lower pot body is selectively disconnected from the primary pot body to expose the latter amount of soil for the purpose of soil replacement and root trimming.
