<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrophotographic conductive roller having small irregular resistance in a shaft core body direction even if a material where a conductive filler and an inorganic packing filler in which the irregular resistance is liable to be generated are added is used in the method of manufacturing the electrophotographic conductive roller. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic conductive roller satisfies that A is 9.0 mm<SP>2</SP>or more, and expressions of 0.325×C-5.5≤A≤0.325×C+5.5, 1.2≤A/B≤2.5, and 130≤L/(A/B)≤200, when a resin layer material where viscosity at a temperature of 25°C is 50 Pa s or higher and 600 Pa s or lower is used, there are two or more of holes of an injection piece, an area per injection hole is 3.0 mm<SP>2</SP>or larger and 10.0 mm<SP>2</SP>or smaller, the total of a cross sectional area of the injection hole is A (mm<SP>2</SP>), the total of a cross sectional area of a hole formed at the opposite side piece is B (mm<SP>2</SP>), the amount of the resin layer material injected in a mold is C (cm<SP>3</SP>), and the length of a cavity in the mold in the shaft core body direction is L (mm). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
