PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die which can mold a resin foamed molding having various shapes of convex portions on the surface by using one die body and also to provide a method for producing a resin foamed molding by using the die. SOLUTION: The resin foamed molding having convex portions is molded by placing platy articles 30 having many holes 31 in a die 20 having an upper die 21 and a bottom die 22, and a sheet pad having convex parts of a different shape can be molded by exchanging the platy articles 30 for those having an another shape.
