PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic semiconductor compound that has high mobility, stably acts in the air and forms a coated film using a solution and an organic FET (Field Effect Transistor)element. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by the formula (I) (wherein X is a chalcogen atom; R1-R6are each independently a 1-30C alkyl or a group obtained by replacing at least one of -CH2- in the alkyl with -O-, -S-, -COO-, -OCO-, -CH=CH- or -C≡C-; and t is 0 or 1).
