PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic diaphragm and a speaker, which can enrich the sound field expression and have the excellent reproduction characteristics of the bass sound in the case of using natural wood (wood sheet) as the diaphragm. SOLUTION: The acoustic diaphragm includes a wooden diaphragm 5 and propagation speed adjustment members 73a and 73b provided on a surface of the wooden diaphragm 5 along a first direction passing through the center of the wooden diaphragm 5 for adjusting a propagation speed at which the wooden diaphragm 5 propagates a sound in the surface of the wooden diaphragm 5.
