PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact loudspeaker device which can enhance the voluminousness of low pitch and sound extension in the direction of low pitch and improves the reproducing force of low pitch. SOLUTION: This loudspeaker housing 3 of this loudspeaker device 1 has an inner housing 8 and an outer housing 9, wherein the inner housing 8 has an end wall 12 having a speaker unit 2 on one end with an opening part 15 formed on the other end, and an air chamber 14 is formed between the loudspeaker unit 2 and the end wall 12. The outer housing 9 has a bottom wall 18, facing the end wall 12 and surrounds the inner housing 8 coaxially. A first resonance duct 22, extending from the peripheral edge of an opening of the opening part 15 in the radial direction of the inner housing 8, is formed between the bottom wall 18 of the outer housing 9 and the end wall 12 of the inner housing 8. A second resonance duct 28 is formed between the outer housing 9 and the inner housing 8. The second resonance duct 28 is connected to the first resonance duct 22 and extends in the axial direction of the inner housing 8 so as to surround the air chamber 14 to be open around the loudspeaker unit 2.
