PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplification circuit capable of enlarging a differential voltage amplification rate while a differential amplification voltage range of the differential amplification circuit is expanded by raising an upper limit value of a common mode input voltage level, and a current controller using the same differential amplification circuit. SOLUTION: Input voltage entered into an input terminal of an operational amplifier 15 formed by PchMOS can be lowered so that partial resistances R1.1, R1.2, Rs1, and Rs2 are inserted at an upstream side other than resistances R1, R2, Rs, and Rf forming the first half of the differential amplification circuit 101 including the operational amplifier 15. Thus, the common mode input voltage level of the differential amplification circuit can be raised more than the vicinity of power supply voltage, and the differential amplification voltage range in the differential amplification circuit can be expanded.
