PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieval device capable of evaluating retrieval target information retrieved as information fit for a first retrieval condition designated by a user, based on a second retrieval condition for guaranteeing that the information can be output. SOLUTION: The information retrieval device has: an evaluation means evaluating the retrieval target information retrieved as the information fit for the first retrieval condition designated by the user based on the second retrieval condition for guaranteeing that the information can be output; and a presentation means presenting a result of the evaluation by the evaluation means.
