PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute a positional adjustment of a detecting device even if a fluid pressure cylinder or the like is fitted in a small place. SOLUTION: A fitting apparatus of a detecting device is a fitting apparatus having a fitting block 51 inserted into a cross section substantially T shape groove, and an opening pin hole 514 is provided on the surface opposed to the bottom face of the groove 111 in the fitting block 51, and in the pin hole, a pressing pin 515 which can be movable in the axial direction of the pin hole is provided, and a steel ball 516 is arranged in the crowning part of the pressing pin and by screwing a pressing screw 518 provided in the angle direction from the outside and by pressing the steel ball 516 to shift the pressing pin 515 to the projecting direction from the pin hole, the pressing pin pushes the bottom surface of the groove so that the fitting block 51 can be fixed inside the groove.
