A waterproof sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and a constructing method using the same are provided to facilitate waterproof construction by giving a polymeric synthetic resin film sheet adhesion and stickiness. A waterproof sheet manufacturing method comprises a step of forming a sheet, a step of coating solventless adhesive on the top and bottom surfaces of the sheet, and a step of cooling the adhesive coated on the sheet. The adhesive coating step includes a step of mixing rubber agent and tackifier with heated dissolving agent oil in a heating solution mixer, a step of adding and mixing thermal stabilizer, age resister, and reinforcing agent in the mixture, a step of adding a filler in the mixture, a step of heating the prepared solventless adhesive to the specific temperature, and a step of coating the heated adhesive on the sheet. |
