The heat exchanger has a cooling block (35) comprising cooling tubes (25), and cooling fins (29) arranged between the tubes. The fins are provided for delivering heat energy of a cooling medium flowing through the tubes to the surrounding of the heat exchanger, where the tubes are held at a distance from each other through a tube base of the cooling block. A heat conducting device (70) is arranged between a main temperature cooling tube (40) and a low temperature cooling tube (41), where the conducting device is different from the cooling fins and the tube base.
