PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic nonwoven fabric having excellent elastic recovery, causing no stickiness, and having a pleasant texture, and to provide textile products using the elastic nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: An elastic nonwoven fabric which is made of a crystalline resin composition comprising a lowly crystalline polypropylene and a highly crystalline polypropylene is provided, wherein the lowly crystalline polypropylene satisfies the following (a) and (b) and the crystalline resin composition has a crystallization temperature (Tc) of as measured with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) 20-100°C, and textile products using the elastic nonwoven fabric are provided. (a) The melting point (Tm-D) of the lowly crystalline polypropylene is 0-120°C, which is defined as the temperature corresponding to the peak top of the peak observed on the most high-temperature side of a melting endotherm curve obtained when the lowly crystalline polypropylene is examined with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) by a method in which the lowly crystalline polypropylene is held in a nitrogen atmosphere at -10°C for 5 minutes and then heated at 10°C/min.
