A call realization method, device and system in the MSC Pool group network, wherein all media gateways connected to the destination base station controller of the current call record the corresponding relations between the mobile switch center and the international mobile subscriber identity IMSI of the current call; the media gateways which receive the call response of the current call transmit the call response message to the mobile switch center which sends down the current call according to said corresponding relations.
