<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lock apparatus capable of appropriately performing a lock operation. <P>SOLUTION: A retractable-type vehicular seat is retracted by rotating a seat back on the seat cushion side, releasing a floor lock in such a state that the seat back and the seat cushion are overlapped and being lifted up toward the lateral side of a vehicle body. A striker mounted on the back surface of the seat back is connected with a dragger unit provided on the lateral side of the vehicle body to be fixed. After the unlock operation of the dragger unit is performed (122, 124), spacing of the striker from the dragger unit is estimated (126) and a dragger motor is driven so that the latch of the dragger unit moves to the initial position (128 to 132). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
