<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock device connecting a front end part of a connection shaft made of synthetic resin and protruding forward from a switch case made of synthetic resin and connected with a switch mechanism with a rear end part of an inner cylinder to prevent relative turn, provided with a metallic push spring between the switch case and the inner cylinder, and capable of preventing discharge of static electricity onto a switch mechanism side due to the insertion of charged key. <P>SOLUTION: This cylinder lock device is constituted by fixing an inner cylindrical part 71a in which a rear end part of the inner cylinder 29 is fitted, an annular abutting part 71b projecting inward in the radial direction from the inner cylindrical part 71a while abutted on a rear end face of the inner cylinder 29, and a spring receiving member 71 made of a non-electrical conductive material and having a collar part 71c projecting outward in the radial direction from the inner cylindrical part 71a and an outer cylindrical part 71d being continuous with the outer periphery of the collar part 71c and extending onto a switch case 60 side integrally onto the rear end part of the inner cylinder 29.
