HUMAN COAGULATION FACTOR VII VARIANTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel human coagulation factor VIIa variants having blood coagulation activity; nucleic acid constructs encoding the variants; vectors and host cells comprising and expressing the nucleic acid; pharmaceutical compositions; uses and methods of treatment.

SOLUTION: In the human coagulation factor VII variants, the Leu residue in position 305 or the Phe residue in position 374 of a specific sequence is replaced by another amino acid residue which can be encoded by nucleic acid constructs.
