<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of again measuring a reaction product originating from the activity of functional protein after the bonding of a compound and the functional protein is detected. <P>SOLUTION: In the biosensor for detecting the molecule to be examined specifically bonded to a physiologically active substance, a first reaction part, to which the physiologically active substance is fixed, and a second reaction part, to which the molecule specifically bonded to the reaction product produced by the physiologically active reaction with the physiologically active substance is fixed, are contained in the same area and a measuring part for determining the bonding reaction in the first reaction part and the bonding reaction in the second reaction part is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
