摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying low-viscous radiation-curable allophanate. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of radiation-curable allophanate having a residual monomer content of less than 0.5 wt.% and an NCO content of less than 1 wt.% comprises (1) preparing an NCO group-containing urethane bearing a radiation-curable group by causing (A) an NCO group-containing compound to react with (B) a mixture containing at least 90 mol% of hydroxyethyl acrylate and hydroxypropyl acrylate (the content of hydroxyethyl acrylate therein being 10-45 mol%) and (2) causing the NCO group-containing urethane to react simultaneously or subsequently without further addition of the NCO group-containing compound in the presence of an allophanating catalyst and a tertiary amine, where the ratio of the NCO group of the compound from (A) to the OH group of the compound from (B) is 1.45:1.0 to 1.1:1.0.
