PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material having wide use, its manufacturing method and the like. SOLUTION: The first aspect of the present invention is to provide a composite material that is formed by integrally combining a cation species, an organic polymer and an anion species by mixing them and that has an amorphous structure. According to this constitution the composite material that gives high versatility while making use of various characteristics of the organic polymer is obtained by a simple method. The second aspect is to provide a composite material that is formed by integrally combining calcium ions, an organic polymer and an anion species by mixing them and that has an amorphous structure.
