PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder spraying device responding to a severer requirement in the future by additionally adopting a charge amount detection feedback system different from the spacer volume or weight measuring system as in the conventional technique. SOLUTION: In the powder spraying device comprising a measuring unit A, a spraying chamber B, a spacer forcibly feeding pipe A5 etc., a sprayed spacer charge amount detection sensor A3 is disposed on the spacer forcibly feeding pipe A5 for forcibly feeding the spacer, pipe charge amount, that is, spacer feeding quantity is detected and monitored by the sensor A3, and the fed spacer quantity is made feedback-controllable. As described above, different from the conventional technique where the spacer spraying quantity is measured as physical quantity such as weight or volume of the spacer before the spraying and, thereafter, the spraying is performed, the powder spraying device performs the control by regarding a sprayed spacer as an electric signal, and stable spacer spraying is permitted thereby.
