PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix an intermediate member to a base material while suppressing occurrence of defective welding and maintaining the excellent positional accuracy of the intermediate member with respect to the base material when the intermediate member is coupled to the base material by the oscillation welding of a welding member to the base material, in a coupling structure of vehicular components. SOLUTION: A coupling structure of vehicular components comprises: an instrument panel (1); a main bracket (12) to be coupled to the instrument panel, positioning parts (21, 22, 61, 62) formed between the instrument panel and the main bracket; a sub bracket (13) which holds the main bracket between the instrument panel and itself and is subjected to the oscillation welding to the instrument panel; and second positioning units (81, 82) which are formed between the main bracket and the sub bracket, and deformable in the oscillating direction of the oscillation welding.
