PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler which damps and prevents vibration of an energizing member, and reduces vibration sound produced by the energizing member. SOLUTION: The stapler is formed of: a coil spring 20c for energizing a clincher guide 20a upward; and a coil spring 20d for energizing a slide member 20b arranged in such manner as holding the clincher guide 20a at an upper location, in a forward direction. The coil spring 20c or 20d, or the coil springs 20c, 20d are provided with vibration prevention members 70 for preventing vibration. The stapler is further formed of a coil spring 10 for energizing the magazine 3 upward, and the coil spring 10 is also provided with the vibration prevention member 70. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
