PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating the surface of a body to be coated, a coating agent prepared by carbodiimide-modifying a maleic anhydride-modified amorphous polypropylene resin by using a polycarbodiimide-based resin containing a carbodiimide group for improving adhesiveness, heat resistance, waterproofness, and abrasion resistance of the body to be coated, surface curing treatment using ultraviolet or a heater, a film/sheet lamination body formed by lamination using the coating agent as a solvent-based adhesive, and a surface-treated molded product such as a synthetic resin molded product and a metal molded product coated with the coating film. SOLUTION: The carbodiimide-modified composition is prepared by dissolving a resin component, which is obtained by modifying a specific amorphous polypropylene-based resin with maleic anhydride, in a reaction solvent to react polycarbodiimide-based resin having carbodiimide groups at a predetermined compounding ratio at a temperature ranging 20-100°C. The carbodiimide-modified composition is used as the coating agent for coating the coated body having difficulty in adhesiveness.
