An oscillation conveyer (1) comprises a trough (4) which is provided in such a manner that the trough is reciprocative in a horizontal direction and which reciprocates in the horizontal direction in which a work (7) is conveyed and driving means for accelerating the trough (4) at a low acceleration rate in a convey direction and accelerating the trough (4) at a high acceleration rate in a direction opposite to the convey direction. In the conveyer, a piezoelectric actuator (5) comprising a piezoelectric element is used as the driving means. Further, a lamination type piezoelectric element constituted by laminating a plurality of piezoelectric elements on the piezoelectric actuator (5) may be provided. Further, a plurality of troughs (4) may be connected. Further, the trough (4) may have a convexity and a concavity at the end and may be arranged in such a manner that the concavity and the convexity of the oscillation conveyer (1) arranged adjacently are engaged with each other.
