An automatic fixed bar welding device for a wheel washer roller is provided to reduce inferior goods by providing the uniform welding state and the strong sticking state. An automatic fixed bar welding device for a wheel washer roller comprises a roller fixing unit successively circulating to grip and fix a roller(100); a fixed bar gripping unit deciding a site to be welded and fixing a fixed bar(101) on the welding position; and a transfer vehicle conveys unit forming a welding unit(102) by welding the fixed bar. The transfer vehicle conveys unit is welding while successively moving in regular intervals.
