A polymeric cement liquid type waterproofing material is provided to improve adhesive force, air permeability, impact strength, workability and water proof property and to reduce absorption ratio and water permeability ratio. A method for preparing polymeric cement liquid type waterproofing material comprises a step for heating water in a heating tank to 50~60 °C; a step for injecting an antifoaming agent 0.2~0.6 parts by weight, a plasticizer 0.2~0.6 parts by weight, a polymeric synthetic resin 18.5~51 parts by weight and vinyl acet-ethylene copolymer 9.2~40.8 parts by weight, based on water 100.0 parts by weight during the low velocity stirring of 400 rpm; a step for performing high-speed rotation of 1380 rpm, maintaining the vacuum condition for 10~60 minutes, and releasing the vacuum condition; a step for changing the stirring speed to high speed of 1380rpm and maintaining the vacuum condition for 2 hours; and a step for aging it in a naturally air-cooling state for 12 hours or more.
