A method for the differential perioperative immunocorrection in the patients with the benign obturation jaundice provides for the use of the following drugs: Polyoxydonium is administered intravenously at a dose of 6 mg on the first preoperative day, intraoperatively, and postoperatively (Days 2, 4, 6 and 8). Roncoleukin is administered at a dose of 0.5 mg (500,000 IU) on the first preoperative day, intraoperatively, and postoperatively (Days 2, 5 and 8). |
