METHOD FOR OBTAINING OF LIPOSOMAL PREPARATION

A method for obtaining of liposomal preparation comprises the obtaining of phosphatidylcholine film in a vacuum with the subsequent dispergation with the buffer solution. The dispergation of phosphatidylcholine film is performed in protogenic buffer solution at рН 2.5-5.5 with the subsequent obtaining of liposomes by extrusion. The buffer solution round the liposomes is replaced with the buffer solution on the base of sodium chloride and twice-substituted sodium phosphate at рН 6.0-7.5. An active substance is loaded, and a off-duty substance is removed by an ultrafiltration or ion-exchange chromatography (if necessary). A stabilizator (in the case of liquid liposomal form) or crioprotector (in the case of lyophilized liposomal form) is added. A sterile filtration is carried out and obtained drug is butylated with subsequent lyophilization (in the case of lyophilized forms).
