Described is a manhole system adapted to suspended ceilings (plasterboard, wood, gypsum, stone, etc.) and profiled therein by an L, U or flat (1) shape extruded profile ring. Also includes a square- or round-shaped plastic cap of from about 10 mm to about 50 mm which optimises the manhole aperture, as well as four disc-, square- or rectangular-shaped neodymium magnets attached to the upper portion of the cap (2) and directly to two galvanized sheets (3) that are cut in a rectangular shape, and attached to the inner portion of the ceiling, said sheets protruding so that the cap with the magnets is located thereon in order to open and close the manhole.
