The invention relates to electric engineering and may be used in constructions of magnetic cores of induction apparatus (linear electric motors, apparatus having vortex magnetic field, for material treatment: homogenous mixing, fine grinding, making emulsions and suspensions). A magnetic core of induction apparatus has toothed zone realized with alternating teeth formed as cores that have figured grooves on the side surface along blending that forms cores, and grooves, a yoke and a body performed as a channel. On ledges of the channel from inside, guides are fixed that have form and size coinciding with core grooves directed along the body and located in figured grooves of cores. Opposite ledges have extensions between which cores are located. Width of the extension is equal to width of an inductor groove. Extensions are symmetrically arranged along ledges length with a step being equal to a toothed step of the inductor and directed opposite one to another. The internal volume of the body is filled with powdery soft magnetic material. |
