The invention relates to a method for electrostimulation of optic nerve’s intracranial area in rabbits, at which after the trepanation of skull and dissection of pachymeninx in frontoparietal area a liner cut is carried out along the corpus calosum fibers on the length of 0.5 sm. A ballon-catheter is introduced into formed opening, and filling it with saline, a surgical canal is extended in corpus calosum till the size of 1.5 sm, farther by the analogical method the opening with the length of 1 sm is made on the fundus of third ventricle and approach to the intracranial area is made. The electrodes for further electrostimulation are sutured too the nerve. An aerial for the guidance of electromotive force on electrodes is placed in the hypoderm of animal neck and soft tissues are sutured in layers. |
