A trunk structure of vehicle is provided that the available volume of the trunk room can be enlarged as the length of the back side. A trunk structure of vehicle comprises a rotation part connected to the automobile body to the back side inner side bottom of the trunk door(100), and a locking part in which the trunk door is fixed to the automobile body. The trunk door is opened around the rotary motion part. The trunk door is formed at the back side(110) and back side into the extended upper surface portion(120). One side of the upper surface portion of the trunk door comprises one or more secondary stop light lamps.
