A bacteriophage belonging to Siphoviridae annihilating Escherichia coli and salmonellae by being infected with the Escherichia coli and salmonellae is provided to control antibiotic resistant bacteria and to cure diseases caused by the Escherichia coli or the salmonellae infection. A bacteriophage EPS7(KCTC 11121BP) belonging to Siphoviridae is separated from the sewage and shows host susceptibility for Escherichia coli and salmonellae. The Salmonellae is Salmonella typhimurium or Salmonella enteritidis. The composition for bacteria extinction and a microbe form comprise the bacteriophage EPS7 (KCTC 11121BP).
