The invention relates to oil-and-gas producing industry and is intended for installation of slip hanger of string head on cemented drive string at repair or replacement of mouth equipment at oil and gas wells. Method for wedging of slip hanger at mounting string head includes installation of elements of the device for wedging of slip hanger on drive string, at that slip hanger is lowered to conical reboring of the body of string head, one installed in sequence to edge of slip hanger pressing bushing, support bearing, pressing nut, threaded bushing, this is retained from displacement with support flange fixed on the body of string head with tightening elements and nuts, one performs turn of pressing nut by means of lever installed to radial openings, and wedging of slip hanger on intermediate or operation string takes place due to formation of axial force through support bearing and pressing bushing to upper end of slip hanger through displacement of pressing nut by threading of threaded bushing. Device for wedging of slip hanger at mounting string head includes body of string head with conical reboring, slip hanger, tightening elements, nuts, on the upper end of slip hanger in sequence are placed pressing bushing, support bearing, pressing nut with radial openings for installation of lever at its turn in thread of threaded bushing that is retained from displacement with support flange. Technical result of use of the method proposed for wedging of slip hanger at mounting string head and device for its implementation is in provision of possibility to perform replacement and repair of string heads at oil and gas wells with cemented up to mouth drive strings, in particular at renewal of previously abandoned wells, this is to provide increase in production of hydrocarbons. |
