The system (1) has analog-digital converters (12a, 12b) digitizing analog measurement signals (11a, 11b) generated from analog measuring units (10a, 10b) relative to analysis zones (9a, 9b). A comparator unit (13) compares control data values (17a, 17b) e.g. concentration value, based on digitized measurement signals (16a, 16b). A final processing unit (15), in which the control data values is allowed to pass for subsequent processing into a desired analytical result if a determined deviation between the control data values of the digitized measurement signals is less than a predefined value.
