A fuel cell system is provided to minimize the structure change of a direct methanol fuel cell, to prevent the leakage in the long time pause and the fire due to the firing of fuel. A fuel supply tank(120) comprises a chamber for keeping the liquid; an inlet for flowing in the discharging material of an external fuel cell stack; solid methanol(122) fixed in one area of internal space of the chamber; and a fuel outlet for supplying inside solution to the fuel cell stack. A fuel system comprises a fuel cell stack(110) generating electricity with the chemical reaction of oxygen and hydrogen by being supplied with the aqueous solution fuel; and a fuel supply tank.
