A device for removing foreign materials of conveyor return belt surface is provided to prevent the contamination of facility and to steadily transport a raw material. A device for removing foreign materials of conveyor return belt surface comprises: a suite(6) installed in one end of a conveyer belt(1) transporting a raw material; a blade(7) installed in the upper end of suite for removing the foreign material adhered to the surface of conveyor return belt while moving; and a brush(10) installed in a front part of blade and contacted with the conveyor return belt surface to the width direction.
