Sauce comprising hot pepper comprises the beef 100 parts by weight; perilla oil 20-30 parts by weight, hot pepper 300-350 parts by weight; soy sauce, salted anchovies or their mixed solution 70-80 parts by weight; and composite seasoning 15-25 parts by weight. |
